Dabur NatureCare Double Action is an Ayurvedic formulation combining Isabgol, Triphala, and Ajwain to provide effective relief from constipation and gas.

It works through a dual mechanism:

Each 100g contains:

• Isabgol (Plantago ovata, husk)
• Triphala (Amla, Haritaki, Bibhitaki)
• Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi)
• Saunf (Foeniculum vulgare)
• Svarnapatri (Cassia angustifolia)
• Kala Namak
• Yashti (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
• Nimbu Satva

(Preservatives: Sodium Methyl Paraben I.P., Sodium Propyl Paraben I.P.)

It helps:

• Relieve constipation
• Reduce gas and bloating
• Support smooth bowel movement
• Promote digestive comfort

• 1–2 teaspoonful (5–10g) at bedtime
